Complimentary 7kW JET Charge Home Charger or Chargefox Charging Subscription Offer

By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

Offer

1.       Eligible customers may choose to receive one of the following, subject to availability and while stocks last:

a)      Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger - 7kW AC Jet Charge Home Wall Charger with 5m cable supplied by JET Charge Pty Ltd; or

b)     Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription- up to 12-month charging subscription capped at 625kWh. Includes Ultra Rapid, DC & AC Charging via ChargeFox network.

2.      The Offer does not include installation, site preparation, electrical works, additional accessories, ongoing maintenance, or any electricity costs associated with the use of the Complimentary JET Charge Home Charger. Any such costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.      This Offer is only available at participating CUPRA Dealerships in Australia (“Participating Dealership”) and is subject to availability and eligibility.

4.      The Complimentary JET Charge Home Charger or Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription will be provided separately from the Eligible Vehicle once eligibility has been verified and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

5.      Only one (1) Complimentary JET Charge Home Charger or one (1) Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription may be claimed for each Eligible Vehicle purchased.

Elegibility

6.      To qualify for the Offer, a customer must:

a)      be a private retail purchaser. Fleet, rental, government, rideshare and other commercial vehicle buyers are not eligible;

b)     purchase a new or demonstrator MY26 CUPRA Tavascan ("Eligible Vehicle") from a Participating Dealership between 15 August 2026 and 13 September 2026 ("Offer Period"), and take delivery of the vehicle by 30 September 2026; and

c)      complete delivery of the Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Period.

Third Party Terms

7.      JET Charge Home Charger is supplied by JET Charge Pty Ltd and remains subject to JET Charge's applicable terms and conditions, available at: https://jetcharge.com.au.

8.     The Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription is provided by Chargefox Pty Ltd and is subject to Chargefox's applicable terms and conditions, available at: https://www.chargefox.com/legal/terms-conditions.

9.     Without limiting Chargefox's terms and conditions:

a)      customers must register for a Chargefox account and accept Chargefox's applicable terms before accessing the subscription;

b)     the Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription:

I.   cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer unless otherwise determined by Chargefox;

II.   is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold;

III.  is intended solely for use with the Eligible Vehicle purchased under this Offer; and

IV.  may cease upon the sale, transfer or disposal of the Eligible Vehicle, subject to any rights or arrangements permitted by Chargefox under its terms and conditions.

Installation

10.     Installation of the Complimentary JET Charge Home Charger is not included as part of the Offer.

11.      Customers are responsible for:

a)      assessing whether their property is suitable for charger installation;

b)     arranging installation through a suitably qualified and licensed electrical contractor; and

c)      paying all costs associated with installation and any related electrical upgrades or works.

12.     Installation services may be available through JET Charge Pty Ltd or third-party providers and will be subject to separate terms, conditions and charges.

General

13.     The Offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

14.     To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUPRA Australia, its related entities, agencies and representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this Offer, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

15.     CUPRA Australia reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time, subject to applicable laws. Any such action will not affect rights already accrued by eligible customers prior to the change.

16.     CUPRA Australia accepts no responsibility for any taxation implications arising from participation in this Offer. Customers should obtain their own independent financial or taxation advice.

17.      Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
